As a woman, I know that one of my primary roles is to give birth. That is why I take so much care of the baby inside my womb. There should never be an excuse. You should not use your pregnant situation to avoid taking care of yourself. And the fact that you are carrying an unborn child is the more mere reason you do not take your mental health for granted.
